Shipping & Returns
We ship to all destinations within Australia and most countries worldwide.
Australia shipping – we use Sendle by default. Sendle is Australia’s only 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B-Corporation. Although very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express delivery service.
International shipping – we deliver internationally via Australia Post and their international partners. You can choose between Economy and Standard shipping. Please note that only Standard shipping comes with tracking. Orders that are eligible for free shipping are sent with tracking.
Shipping costs are dependent on freight option, weigth of the parcel and destination country. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete your order.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, a delivery estimate is sent to you. This will give you an idea of how long parcels typically take to travel the route of your parcel, however this is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Deliveries within Australia: delivery time is usually 2-7 days.
Deliveries outside Australia: delivery time of your order will depend on your location. The majority of orders will be received within 14 working days.
UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 – please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for delivery outside Australia. Australia Post has discontinued Economy air until further notice, which means we can only offer Standard shipping with tracking. Thank you for supporting us ❤️
You will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you for some reason don’t receive these emails, contact us and we will send you a tracking code.
International – for the most detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your country’s courier website directly. Please note that only Standard shipping comes with tracking info.
Custom & duty charges
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
All custom orders are final sale so please measure carefully. If in doubt – please contact us before placing your order. We love to help! :)
Refund & Exchange
If an item is unsatisfactory, please send us a written explanation within 7 days of receiving it, and we may consider an exchange. If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are also not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely.
Gift cards, sale items, or custom ordered items cannot be returned or refunded.
Lost, stolen or damaged
If you believe your item has been damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the courier to file a claim. If the shipping box was OK but the item inside was damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to arrange the shipment of a replacement item. We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that have been used.
